Game review, 2014: Furman » A3 – Prelude to Joe Riley announcement

On Friday, The Citadel held an “announcement” on the parade ground. It featured current Charleston mayor Joe Riley, a 1964 graduate of the military college. The announcement? When Riley leaves office in 2016, he will become the first professor to hold the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Endowed Chair of American Government and Public Policy at The Citadel.
